The mission of Community Service Projects is: To provide our community with a meaningful alternative for year-round gift-giving – one which celebrates personal charity that strengthens our community and promotes the common good.

My name is David Yocum, the Founder and Executive Director of the Community Service Project of the North Country.
As a long time resident of the Plattsburgh Community, I have been actively involved with helping others who were in need.
I decided to establish the Community Service Project of the North Country as a resource for others who need help. It is the "Give of Giving"
